To those who are going, would it be possible for someone to pick up a few bits for me please?

At this stage it's likely to just be a couple of rule books.

cheers,

Dave

Shouldn't be a problem,. Can't speak for the others but I'd need the cash beforehand - shorter on funds than planed.

I had Arcworlde on my favs a while back, then all of a sudden the site was closed for refurbishment. Glad to see back again. The orcs were particularly gnarly if I remember right.

Yeah I saw that one, he started off as a blogger on the warhammer forum and then he did his kick starter. I've read the rules before (and just read them again) and it's nothing ground breaking. The figures are very charming though. If you get a chance maybe chck it out at salute and let me know what you think.

cheers,

Dave

Just used my £10 waterstones to purchase ePub In Her Majesties Name IHMN and Fistful of Kung fu.

IHMN uses 4 stats and abilities and Kung Fu is 2 stats and abilities. Rules look ok. The campaign is not as in depth as Mordheim or Necro but still looks interesting.

Bought puppet wars last time at salute. reading it ready for game against Dave Tuesday. Will read IHMN in more depth before Salute as may buy models which can be used for any skirmish game. No other shopping list items yet but we will see. Simon have you still got Malifaux rule book?

A slight change in time. 7.15 at station. train will close doors at 7.37. 22 minutes seems long just to get tickets and get on train. Just being cautious.

will get us to Waterloo for 9. With a few hops across london we should be ready for doors opening at 10.

Looks different enough, suggest up to thirtyish models.

So I came away with:

DB Ultimate

Sudden Death expansion for BB card game.

A Pumpkinhead unit and catapualt from Rapier miniatures (just because)

Clown figure from Mad Clown miniatures, and a plan for a goblin team.

Limited Edition cowboy from Black Scorpion

And because of Oli's contact with Warlord,  a figure of something for Byond the Gates of Antares.
